Santa Rosa Town Center, with 160,000 square feet of retail space in several buildings on 14 acres, was a fast-track project where the foundations were poured before the plans were finalized. Permit delays compressed the schedule further, but R. McClure Electric completed the tenant immprovements ahead of schedule and maintained excellent relationships with the owner, architects, retailers and the general contractor.
Two domed skylights in the 18-foot high aluminum paneled ceiling are part of the lighting designed to create a warm and inviting environment for the ultimate shopping experience. R. McClure electric did the work in the 31,423 square foot luxury auto dealership that includes a showroom, custom reception, corporate offices, plus a service and parts department.
Specialty lighting for gourmet foods, fresh produce, international cheeses, fine wines and a full-service delicatessen, in-store bakery and sushi bar.
