Designed by DES Architects + Engineers and developed by Copperhill Development, Inc and designed by DES Architects + Engineers, the 70,000 square foot building houses the headquarters and manufacturing facility for TrueTime's precision time and frequency products used in telecommunications, computer networking, e-commerce and aerospace. R. McClure Electric did the tenant improvements for the office and manufacturing facilities for Midstate Construction.
R. McClure did the electrical for the 94,000 square foot facility for Domaine Napa designed by architects William Dimick, AIA and Bill Bylund of Valley Architects. It includes areas for barrel fermentation and aging, bottling and the administration facility in this Napa project as well as an outdoor entertainment courtyard with dual pavilions used exclusively for private winery events.
The Petaluma Marina was built on a "Design & Construction basis" by Midstate Construction who selected R. McClure to do the electrical work on this demanding waterfront project.
